In conclusion, this product would be great if it was reliable but there is a serious reliability problem as well as some design issues such as LEDs that indicate an internet connection where there is no connection and failure to allow login to the firmware menu.

Try other providers that provides email supports or better, have more stable products that you don't even need support.
