At first this device was amazing - that was for 2 days, then it was crappier than the other configurations.

So I guess this is as much a negative review of Century Link (CL) as it is the router; I have no way of knowing how well the device works.

Overall this has been a great device for our small office.

I hooked up other devices to make sure it wasn't my Internet and not this device but the other 2 devices worked great

Couldn't get the TV or the DVD player (both are smart devices) to use the 5G wireless... probably because those devices were prior to the 5G spec.

This device began working incredibly slow (internet came to a crawl), and then would stop working completely

I called Netgear and after two hours of reboots and trying different setting, Netgear said it must be a faulty device.
