The reason I didnt give 5 stars is that the wifi signal is not as strong as my previous netgear router.

Works great AC router for my Surface Pro and works ok for older N router as well.

Not sure if it's the router or Comcast throttling my speed because I am not paying for their router any more.

I spent over 4 hours on the phone with both Netgear & my ISP customer support & still couldn't connect this router to my DSL

You will find this out when you go to Netgear to register your product and find that your router's serial number is already registered to another individual.
