total garbage.... customer service cant help either

It just sucks because until then, I won't have a router and this process could take a week or so.tl;dr: customer service takes forever but they'll help you out a lil, and maybe I just had a really useless router (for the second time now) but it was frustrating as heck

Netgear customer service tried to sell me a service plan and I balked and stated that I had read about this common ploy by this company.
