The best speeds I can obtain via WiFi now are around 25 Mbps and when I use my computer via a lan cable directly to my router I get around 230 Mbps

We enjoy the better speed and stronger signal of the 300N

Though the only complaint I have is the internet spews it's able to support is 150mph but our plan is 170mph however I think our cable modem help to improve the speed

Speedy delivery, good price, it took 5 minutes to get running, it has great range, good data speed.

I reset the router and it does good for about 10 minutes before returning back to its slow speeds.

This router was recommended by the Charter person, however a month of it not working (internet going in and out slow speed), the other Charter tech came and told me I needed a different/stronger one because this was not intended for the use in a 1500 sq feet plus home its more for a single or small family who doesn't use the internet as much

Speed versus Range is terrible

I went to use this reconditioned router with my Fios internet and the Verizon guy tested it and told me it wasn't working properly, which my husband and I had figured out, because the speed was so slow.

Good speed, signal strength good, data transfer via wifi ok.

After I got it, I discovered that it can only function in bridge mode with either no security or WEP (essentially no security), and that WEP is only available if you cripple the wireless speed to 54Mb

I don't recommend this cheap product if your building is an apartment and there are other people sharing your channel...which slows down the speed from a router that only supports 2GB and not 5GB.

if you want top wifi speed or gaming, this is not the router for you, but if all you want to do is connect devices and surf the net, this will do the job,

If you need a new router and want good internet speeds, don't be cheap/frugal and try an inexpensive one like we did
