Unfortunately, having previous positive experiences with Netgear products, this issue causes hesitation and skepticism upon future purchases of Netgear products.

The Seller is very courteous, when I left a message they returned my call and were very knowledgeable (I wish I can give 4 stars)the reason for the 3 stars is that they charged me $8 to return!not a good experience after all.

amazon tried to remedy the experience by giving me an adapter that they offer for sale.

I was also impressed by the Netgear Genie software which allowed me to monitor network performance and both N and AC signals
