Easy set up, quick install, no problems, works like a charm!

I had been having problems with my Amazon Fire TV losing signal.

Works great never had any problems I have 8 of them in the company

Customer Service Sucks, can’ hardly understand the Representative, and it seems they are more interested in selling you an expensive service plan rather than correcting the problem

To add to this, the recent example of Netgear's complete lack of commitment to security should make any consumer or professional run screaming (kbcert 582384, which basically recommended that users stop using Netgear routers while Netgear ignored the problem for months).

I once complained this problem to my friend who's in CS major and he said it may because of I got over 10 devices connected to the router

We have had our NetGear for at least 3 years and have not had any problems and have not lost connections throughout our home.

For a router that claims TiVo compatibility, these problems are unacceptable.

No problems encountered and no regrets thus far and don't anticipate any.

All I needed to do was push that button to correct my problem

I have security devices that rely on that band, so it's a significant problem when the connection just goes away

I have had zero problems, great performance from both bands and the wired connections as well.

I know my surfboard modem isn't the problem because when I put my old router back on it works just fine

A router reboot seems to clear that problem.
