While speed tests show high connectivity, real-world applications across any device that isn't hard-wired results in failure

Hard-wired to my laptop and big computer with two of the 4 available lines

Both hard-wired and wireless connections are averaging better than 115 megs down, 10 up, and latency is less than 20.

I thought it was my internal network, a bad wire, patch cable drop etc

Even on hard-wired connections I get nothing but "connection refused" errors.
