I love this cheap WiFi Router, now I have a nice and a smooth connection to all my devices.

Using a COX cable modem which requires a true 10-100-1000 gigabit router my speeds were terrible with the AC 1000.This NETGEAR AC1200 Dual Band Smart WiFi Router, Gigabit Ethernet (R6230) worked like a champ

my photos I take with my cell IMMEDIATELY comes up on my computer thanks to the fast WiFi capabilities of the Netgear router

I put the router in the exact same spot as the C9 and it cannot keep a stable wifi connection with some wifi security cameras

I'm very happy with my purchase of the AC1200 Dual Band Smart WiFi Router.

Works well in large setting, I needed it for a larger property and the signal carries well giving reliable wifi

I replaced the R6080 with the NETGEAR AC1200 Smart WiFi Router - Dual Band Gigabit (R6230), and sure enough, speed wired through the router is now identical to being wired directly to the modem (117mbps either way)

WIFI and Ethernet were fast and reliable

I bought this router to bridge with my FIOS G1100 router which is extremely pitiful for wifi coverage in my small house and useless outside in the 3/4 acre yard.

Centurylink upgraded us to 40Mbps and we were only getting 20Mbps because their modem has a weak WiFi, so adding the Nighthawk was the solution

Now we have separate Netgear Modem and Netgear Router and our WiFi is so much stronger

I like how my wifi and internet is more stable

It's a good cheap home router with decent to good wifi range

Extremely fast WiFi and download speeds

So the wifi is not 100% reliable, but I think for the price it'll serve two or three living in a small home

Now that my wifi is secured with Netgear all I really need to do is buy a better set of binoculars.

I love the ability for dual-ban WiFi so we can use it for different devices and/or when guest come over they can use the slower WiFi while we use the faster one

Greatly improved Wifi with 2 kids who stream everything.

I purchased this router one year and two weeks ago and today the wifi stopped working for both the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands

Wifi is also slower than normal (45-54mbps).5

However, our wiiu had a very hard time connecting To the faster WiFi which is a huge bummer

Super simple to set up and provides fast WiFi connection on many different devices

The WiFi is super fast, even though our internet is not the fastest

If you do not need any lan ports the wifi works fine

The NETGEAR AC1200 Dual Band Smart WiFi Router is a lower speed router in comparison but it bears a lot of similar features as my other routers (expect for the integrated VPN feature on my R7000).The installation of the router is very straight forward by plugging in the power and connecting an Ethernet connection to the Ethernet port
