Thankfully Netgrear tech support is available 24/7 and they can guide you to success.

Also, I bought the router five months ago and just tried to install it now, but my Tech Support has "RUN OUT" and the company will not provide tech support for a basic install.

This got fried in a lightning storm and tech support told me to just go and buy a new one. Awful- avoid!!!

Only had to call their tech support once, and they were friendly and responsive with immediate follow-up emails.

I have a 1700 square foot two story home and this device is running 7 devices (iPads, Roku and Smart Tv’s) with no lag time, no buffering daily and twice that amount on weekends when grandchildren visit
