    • Over an hour on hold later, tech support hung up on me after saying hello
    • Called tech support and the man was unable to figure out the problem
    • Thankfully Netgrear tech support is available 24/7 and they can guide you to success.
    • Also, I bought the router five months ago and just tried to install it now, but my Tech Support has "RUN OUT" and the company will not provide tech support for a basic install.
    • I had to call tech support, which they guided me through the troubleshooting process which I already had upgraded to the latest update
