This router provides strong wifi to all three floors of my house which is just a bit over 3K

if you are on a budget for a good wifi router because for the performance you get out of this it is a steal for the price.

The Smart Wifi router is great, especially being able to manage different device connection speeds automatically AND set priorities for the different devices (our TV streaming is set highest so we should never have Matlock interrupted because someone else starts a video conference)
