    • I spent an hour troubleshooting with Netgear Tech Support from India, only to play "let's throw a dart at options to see what might work, regardless that there is no logical way they would fix it," and "whack a mole
    • Can't give a rating on tech support, because we didn't need it
    • I called tech support again, and this time they tried to sell me a support package for $169.00 - talk about tone deaf.
    • So I contacted Netgear support, and the tech support basically blamed Comcast's issue
