Only problem was a small glitch in the first week one day it kept kicking me off the net but after 15 min talk with customer service who I will add was very kind and helpful and updating its firmware the router has been top notch and reliable at any demands I have come across so far

Well this solved the problem, now some devices can't get on the new router at all.

Netgear has yet to issue a firmware update to correct the problem although it has been known for months.

The unit had a catastrophic problem.

Ultimately had to contact ISP for assistance over the phone also switched out modem which did not correct the problem

I would avoid due to intermittent problems and poor customer service.

From the beginning, although Genie indicated that the router was connected to the Internet, I had intermittent problems getting my cabled desktop machine to connect to the Internet.
