    • Tech support was horrible, wait times over half hour.
    • After finding the anticipated time to get in-touch with netgear tech support, I made the call.
    • Netgear tech support level 2 said they only way they would authorize replacement was for me to hook it back
    • Their tech support confirmed that the wireless router died but their only solution was to throw it out and buy a new one.
    • If you get a unit made in China, the unit is going to be OK.Netgear's tech support is not easily understood, but they were very helpful and tried to be very courteous
