First off, I love that I finally have a fast adapter

I do not know if there is a firmware update that would remedy the issue, but all of the documentation that I read on Netgear's site suggests that multiple adapters are supported.

We're talking three days to download a game that this new Netgear adapter took three hours to accomplish.... and at the end of the old one's lifespan, it was more like three weeks what the Netgear managed in only three hours

- Syncing is finicky, - Internet traffic over powerline adapter causes static on external computer speakers

One adapter quit working one day after installation - thought it came unplugged.

It's worth mentioning that all Netgear powerline adapters are compatible

The new adapters also have less lag.
