After trying a lot of troubleshooting steps to no avail, I looked for a phone number for technical support and could not find one, either in the literature included or on their web site after I registered the router.

Phone number is nowhere to be found.

As for their web site - I tried for 45 minutes to log on and not being able to do that, I tried to find a support phone number on the site.
