Disappointed, design and an app don't make a better product, larger antennas and better range does.

I am so disappointed I paid a premium for such a faulty product.

Not only that, the problem reappears after I change any setting from the 5GHz band such as the mode (bandwidth) or the channel (to avoid interference).In conclusion I strongly advice fellow consumers to stay away from this product, don't get me wrong it is a decent product, and I understand is a "brand new"

The NetGear Nighthawk RAX80 so far seems to be a great product that is easy to set up with the Nighthawk iPhone application.

Solid product, excited to see how it works over time.

I don't own a router business, but if I did - I'd raise the price of my router by - $5? for everyone who buys it, and then I would use the money to pay my support team to support my product for a year, and tell my team to go over that year routinely by at least 3-6 months, and even longer when it is clearly our product at fault

All and All, Netgear really did provide a very nice product here.

I had heard such good things about this router and it is disappointing that a possible one bad lemon product discounts the entire brand because of the awful customer service.

If you have any Alexa products and want a router that makes Alexa run at its best, this product is worth the money.

The product is fantastic, the only thing I would like to see in a future router is a tribaband router like the rax200 except keep the Rax120 Qualcomm processor and have 8x8 Mu-mimo each band like the rax120.

While the R8000 is a capable product that does what it says, in my experience it is inferior to comparable products from Asus

Tech support was no help unless I paid them for the privilege of attempting to fix their faulty product

Getting warranty support is a pita: you can't just send a defective product for repair, they have to work through their test procedures; their test procedures suck, it's basically wasting your time for no added value; if connection is lost, you'd have to start over with a different rep; etc, etc

Used to use a linksys router, not to say they aren't good, but o was very unhappy with what I had

It took me a bit to figure out how to do port-forwarding on the unit, as opposed to the D-Link (which severely limited how many ports you could forward.
