    • Tech support was rude, impatient and unwilling to discuss the situation without turning over control and content of my laptop to them
    • Overseas tech support was horrid as well
    • Tech support speaks limited English and did not solve problem.

    • Upgraded firmware and had to reset every two days, called tech support, very good experience
    • Setting up the R9000 was easy enough the problems started when the R9000 kept shutting off my security cameras called tech support but they are about as useful as used toilet paper
    • I have been of the opinion that the true job of tech support is actually just to convince any customer that under no circumstances do you EVER want to call tech support

    • phone connected told old modem ok had to buy tech support for brand new modem $29 just to tell me it was my issue bought new linksys modem worked out of box wasted one day with this router then to top it off tried to get my money back on support payment spent one hour and 5 different redirects and wa told they could not refund

    • At first I was blaming my internet provider but after numerous factory resets and phone calls with tech support, it's definitely an issue with the router
