Beyond the wholly inadequate instructions that came with it and the subsequent calls to AT&T/Gophone/Netgear to get it ‘logged in’ the fact that my Verizon iPhone-as-hotspot is much better (minimal AT&T signal here) was the coups de grace and means I wasted my money and time.
