Once we got those two items, I love my new hot spot

Hot spot did not work at first because #1 it did not have a live battery in it, and #2 it did not have a sim card

Hello there OK this is the 2nd hot spot I bought from Amazon the 1st one I couldn't keep a sim card in side the hotspot it wouldn't stay
