Extremely frustrating, tech support is the worst.

I could have gotten a plain old wireless box for half this price and a fraction of the grief.###EDIT:After nearly a month of tech support (some horrid, some excellent) they finally advised me to return the router

Wish I didn't have to, but Netgear tech support and customer service inform me that there's nothing they can do for me

Since it sat in Amazon for over 90 days, they didn't even want to provide tech support for a new product, until I told them I would just return it.
