[New 2020] Petcube Play 2 Wi-Fi Pet Camera with Laser Toy & Alexa Built-In, for Cats & Dogs. 1080P HD Video, 160° Full-Room View, 2-Way Audio, Sound/Motion Alerts, Night Vision, Pet Monitoring App

    • I am thinking about looking at another product to purchase that allows me to have much better video quality and connection to the product
    • I like the night vision and the video recording (you can even save the best videos into your phone)
    • Other than this small thing my only other issue is that sometimes the video will get fuzzy, but toggling night mode off and on has fixed it every time
    • You’re losing the video quality because the video quality bad
    • but I still have technical issues and poor video.
    • I once had an accident in my home and PetCube displayed blurred video thumbnails from that time because it knew there was major action and wanted to entice me into buying a subscription to unlock a video history of my own
    • * Only cloud video storage, no option for local storage
    • In fact there are other products out there that have better quality video, connect better to the device remotely, and have less technical issues
    • The video is slow and a full second behind (when it can connect), but what is more disappointing is that the laser toy, which was one of the main reasons I bought this, is spotty, not fluid and does a terrible job keeping up with swiping across the screen to play with my cats...and that is going extremely slowly across the screen.
    • Its by far the most appealing quality, as its really a breeze to setup and use.- Great video quality, its clear in both during the dat and as
    • I def wish I could return it and buy a cheap video cam and give my kitten the box it comes in since he seems to have more fun with a box
    • Sometimes the video freezes though
    • Your browser does not support HTML5 video.
    • So that’s annoying and unavoidable (I searched the settings thoroughly for some kind of Hide Ads, no luck)
    • After repeated redundant e-mails from Petcube and "chatting" about a firmware upgrade, rather than really help me with the product already paid for they just "offered" to sell me a new one.
