If you want a good sound without spending a lot of money this instrument is truly fantastic, well-built and fully tuned !!

I bought mine on Amazon, Hawk brand and has the trigger on the third valve entirely of brass and copper, Monel valves and the sound is wonderful

With a .460 bore, it is easy to blow like a trumpet with a richer, mellow sound.

I didn't have to pay thousands for a good sounding flugelhorn.
