this was easily remedied by placing straws in the shelf grooves to raise the shelf a few millimeters alleviating the problem.its quiet, and works great

Keeps everything very cold, no freezing on top shelf as some have stated

It will freeze cans on the top shelf

Also bottom shelf very flimsy can't hold much weight.
