Pros:-High quality chassis (even feels a little heavy without HDDs cuz of all metal this thing was made of)-High quality components, Prosessor (Marvel), RAID controller (I don't recall its manufacturer's name), excellent 2 Ethernet connectors & a very rock solid (PSU/power brick) that's survived many power surges & power offs-3TB HDDs compatible- and moreCons:- Doesn't wipe my @$$ in the bathroomOh

The materialistic quality is fantastic and I wouldn't buy a switch that isn't metal as I love it and believe that its much better for cooling purposes as well

Got this to improve the audio quality for conference calls using Lync.

I use it with Google Voice primarily, doing so limits some of it's functionality as far as pick up and hang up, but it has great call quality!I have also used it with Skype, works very well on that too

Drobo, Buffalo, Netgear - all are either shoddy quality or way overpriced or both compared to this unit.
