So, it's great at keeping your drink warm, and sure, it is easy to clean and use, but seriously... it makes this loud beeping noise everytime you activate it by setting your mug down

BUT - the blinking OFF button condition is accompanied by a low-humming noise that coordinates with the blinking

Makes an incredibly annoying buzzing noise, even when it's not heating

Surface shattered by itself making a loud cracking noise, couldn't handle its own heat.

Just doesn’t get as hot as I like

I only use the 167 degree setting, as I like my coffee hot.

I like my hot drinks HOT!
