Blue light was on, surface was warm to the touch...but this product did not keep my coffee warm.

I use this product for melting coconut oil and making massage candles, It's easy to set up, easy to operate, and does the job of melting coconut and shea butters, as well as wax.

I like my tea or coffee piping hot, this product only keeps it warm and there is no adjustment for warmer temperatures.

Otherwise, this is a great product and it does what it's supposed to do.
