This and a hot shoe for darker areas will triple you pics!

Bokeh for images looks greatCons (both of these may have more to do with the body than the lens, but I do not have these issues with my other lenses:Auto focus is finicky and will sometimes focus on odd areas of the shotIn certain instances auto focus can take a really long time or not work at all and will require trying to focus multiple times before I can take the shot.

I love the bokeh and the ease with which it can blur surrounding areas.

I use it mainly in my urban photography walks where there are allot of dark areas, and subjects I can focus on utilizing the milky bokeh effect I all so love

I would prefer a 28mm or 18mm, but to get a Nikon brand f/1.8 in either of those would have been several times the price of this one.

I needed this lens mainly to accommodate the space limitations that I have as well as for the speed when shooting in natural light
