Price, small aperture, the front part moves when focusing, doesn't have a zoom lock (but so far I didn't need it), DX lens (won't work well with FX cameras, the advise is to buy it with a DSLR Camera ... this way you will get a great price for it, otherwise you will spend $400 which is too much.
