The d7100 seems like a bit of a scam seeing how its not much further priced from the the full framed d600 granted the d600 had a bad start with the spotting on images after about 200 shots in, but none the less you can't go wrong with a d 5200 and when its time to upgrade its not too smart to upgrade to another cropped frame camera just doesn't make sense
