    Nikon D5500 DX-format Digital SLR Dual Lens Kit w/ - Nikon AF-P DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR & Nikon AF-P DX NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3G ED Lens

    • Obviously for those that do prefer a touch screen interface, this would be an important feature
    • Lastly, as other reviewers have said, the wireless features of the Nikon D5500 don't work that well, which wasn't important to me.
    • Nice feature is touch screen that folds out and turns to face front if needed for real expensive selfies ;)
    • Every fits cleanly, the threads are solid, and the filter threads are an excellent feature missing from some other adapters
    • It has a lot of very nice features
    • The quality of the pictures is excellent and I love the features, the lighter weight, slightly smaller size, and grip
    • The added focus points help in composing photos....the list of great features goes on and on
    • Great body, nice features and when paired with quality lenses the pictures are amazing!
    • I definitely miss this feature
    • WiFi feature works great, but requires a bit of effort
    • The flip-out LDC touch screen on the rear is a great feature.
    • Very easy to use, can be as simple as point and shoot but also has enough features to satisfy a pro
    • But I suspect that LCD spot focusing capability will be a well used feature among many
    • for the price i think you get a great image quality and many features that will help you grow as a photographer.
    • A great all around medium class DSLR and 18-140 lens; great picture quality and loaded with useful features DSLR that is easy to use and obtain excellent results.
    • That being said, there are a few annoying features: 1) There is no shortcut to switch between scenes on the dials, forcing you to use the touchscreen every time you want to change scene modes, and 2
    • So I have to say that I have fallen inlove with the Nikon D5500 and all its amazing features (wifi and touchscreen).
    • The camera has some great features like its bright rotatable touchscreen that can be stowed with the LCD protected against the body
    • I wasn't sure if I would like this feature or not but find myself using it frequently.
    • I recently bought the D5500 because of the convenient features it offered over the D3300 I had for a year
    • So, I disabled that feature early on.
    • (which would cost $40+ extra to get on any other camera that lacked this feature).
    • Easy to use and full featured.
    • I really love it, the features are great
    • Touch FN is by far my favorite feature letting you use the touchscreen as a secondary control dial for things like apeture, shutter speed, ISO
    • I love the features and decreased weight of this camera - perfect for travel and hiking.
    • It has certainly helped with that problem but has many other great features as well
    • Lastly, as other reviewers have said, the wireless features of the Nikon D5500 don't work that well, which wasn't important to me.
    • Nice new features from the 5100
    • If you are looking for an entry level DSLR, you can't go wrong with this one, especially since it has the same "important" features as its newer version for less money
    • Love the camera, it's features, and the versaitility and quality of the lenses.
    • Love the addition of the touch screen on the D5500, a welcome feature from it's predecessor, the Nikon D5300
    • It's a great replacement for my old D3100 and with great features for a DSLR of its price-range.
    • Being able to remotely take pictures from a smartphone is a great feature
    • Amazing features
    • It also fully swivels and turns and can be turned to face inwards when you're not using this, which is a great feature.
    • The Wi-Fi is a great feature too
    • and it has opened up a whole array of amazing features for me to use right on my camera
    • This is a great camera, but in my opinion, not as great as a D5300
    • Before I returned the D5300 though I did send it (on my dime) to Nikon USA to get it cleaned and they refused as it was a "Gray Market" camera made in Thailand.
    • but I'm skeptical that it can nail focus as well as and a often as a Canon, Nikon (or Pentax or any) DSLRs
    • all working as
    • n’t regret it one bit.
