The Dynamic range is beautiful and i've paird this camera with original nikon lens to tokina wide angles and sigma art series and it delivers everytime
-
Dynamic range is terrific (as usually)Should you upgrade from D7100
-
I'm talking about the camera's dynamic range
-
But the consensus view, if such it is, seems not to lay sufficient stress on the D7200's dynamic range
-
Specifically I read that the D7200 had very sharp and fast auto focus and a little better dynamic range that other DX models, and I'm happy to report that I completely agree.
-
The new Expeed 4 processor produces really nice looking colors, seems to improve the dynamic range and improves the battery life of the 7200 considerably over the 7100 while still using the same EN-EL 15 battery

(http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/nikon-d7200)Let me briefly address how the camera's DR (dynamic range) can make a difference
-
They rate the D7200's dynamic range as #1 for all cropped-sensor cameras (aka APS-C, DX) and as #2 for all DSLRs, cropped or full-frame - a close second behind the (in their view) industry-leading Nikon D810, a full-frame camera
-
Amazing dynamic range from the raw files.
-
It does, though, have a whole range of features that come with such cameras, including 9-shot exposure bracketing and seriously high-level image quality and dynamic range
-
I mainly do travel photography but am expecting my first child and thought it would be appropriate to get a new camera that can capture video just as well as it can take photos
-
Disappointed as I was excited to use my new camera but am now unable until I can find a replacement!
-
You don't notice so much with a nice fast prime lens, but the improved ISO capabilities of the camera with the much better autofocus system is capable of transforming a low-end telephoto zoom that was almost useless in all but the brightest of light on the D90, into a very useful and almost professional feeling lens on the D7200.
-
Had it on a trip in Scotland, great pictures, return home and pictures I've taken since are black or totally blurred as if there was no light, and yet it's plenty light out
-
I love my N-7200!
