You can expect to get 5-6 hours of a 30 second exposure time lapse.- Image quality is fantastic, and the burst of 6 photos a second is more than I need.-Not having the deep pockets for a full frame camera, this was a great alternative

A time lapse will emerge as a processed video

When looking to purchase a camera, my main concerns were low light capabilities, battery life, time-lapse capabilities, and cost

There is a built in intervalometer for time-lapse

Time lapse video is also a pretty cool feature and the flash works nice and the white balance even in auto works really well.

I am disappointed that Adobe is so slow in adding the D7200 to their camera RAW, but t the is not a Nikon problem, and their software covers it

I mainly do travel photography but am expecting my first child and thought it would be appropriate to get a new camera that can capture video just as well as it can take photos

Disappointed as I was excited to use my new camera but am now unable until I can find a replacement!

You don't notice so much with a nice fast prime lens, but the improved ISO capabilities of the camera with the much better autofocus system is capable of transforming a low-end telephoto zoom that was almost useless in all but the brightest of light on the D90, into a very useful and almost professional feeling lens on the D7200.

Had it on a trip in Scotland, great pictures, return home and pictures I've taken since are black or totally blurred as if there was no light, and yet it's plenty light out
