I'm not sure why all the reviews tend to rave about this camera for low ISO noise, to me this thing is noisy as s***.From day 1 of ownership, I struggled with a frozen viewfinder when shooting in live view mode

With the experience the day before, I bumped the ISO up and increase the shutter speed to 1/160s before the blur subsided

It was a cloudy day, I shoot with base ISO of 100, Aperture prior at F/2

I've mainly been using the 50mm 1.8 AF-D lens, which works very well

Nikon truely shines with its built-in flash as it comes quite handy for fill-in flash

I did not at first and my images were not as sharp as I wanted them to be

If the camera worked as it should it would be wonderful, however in my limited experience it doesn't

I was bit surprised, that there was no signs of use, everything works as it should be

Until I can afford the 85/1.4, this glass will remain my "portrait" lens.70-200 VR: DX just as good as on the D200.

the shutter sound is a little different from what i am used to ... as in a little louder.... kind of nervous to use it at my first wedding lol but it is a super great camera!
