Cannot get the "clean" light to go off

But, I've found that if I give it a couple of good shakes over the sink that takes care of it.-As some other people have noted, the "clean" light seems to come on at random

I loved it until the clean light came on about 6 weeks.

I loved this coffee maker, unfortunately after cleaning three times the clean light will not go off

Now, not only does the clean light stay on after about 36 hours of going through multiple cleaning cycles, but now the machine is flashing the clean light and the display no longer says the time but flashes Cln (for clean).

Worked great, got my coffee hotter than Hell, great features.1 year and 1 month later, my coffee is no longer getting hot/clean light will not go off

The clean light stays on even after doing a short AND a long clean cycle.

We have been using this happily for six weeks, but recently the "clean" light went off

Great coffee, but there seems to be no way to turn off the "clean" light without phoning into their support line.

The cleaning light comes on all the time!!

Once I got to using this again after owning a pod type coffee maker, the Ninja has worked fine that until 3 months in I got the " clean" light on

We went thru the clean cycle about 5 times and clean light still on

Disfuntioned product clean light will not turn

I repeated this several times, but the clean light never went out.

By December the clean light went on meaning the unit had to be descaled.

Unfortunately after only 7 months, after regular cleanings because the "clean" light is always displayed and only using filtered water, the Ninja coffee bar displays the "clean" light and beeps at me when I try to run the clean cycle

It works OK, but the clean light stays on all the time and won't go off

We purchased a unit but after 2.5 months the clean light would not go out even after we used white vinegar in the advance cleaning setting

Now about 2.5 months later, the clean light came on and we tried the white vinegar solution in the advance setting, twice, but that did not work

The cleaning cycle is almost impossible to complete (ie make the clean light shut off)

Called support for Ninja and were told as this was the original product the clean light WILL not go off

Then a few weeks later, the clean light came on again.

The machine has a "clean" light and illuminates with it thinks it needs cleaning.

I chose to go with the thermal carafe, but It really didn't keep the coffee hot for longer periods of time,l but at least I don't have to worry about breaking a pot
