This is a pretty good coffee maker, but not great.

Decent coffee maker the thermal carafe keeps coffee nice and hot.

I was skeptical at first, because I work at starbucks, but this is a great coffee maker!

I cleaned the coffee maker 3 times the first time the clean light indicator came on, once with vinegar, once with descaling solution and a deep 4 hour descaling clean.

I like the features and the ability to brew a travel mug or a full carafe but the actual coffee tastes no better than what comes out of a cheaper coffee maker

I fill the carafe with hot water before brewing (as per the suggestions in the manual) but it still is not as hot as when I brewed coffee with a more traditional coffee brewer.

Not as great as I had hoped.

Its great for when you only want one cup but don't want to have to use expensive k cups.
