This machine is the greatest thing I have ever bought since the iPhone 4 in 2010, like the iPhone 4 this machine is a game-changer

Love this machine, so easy to clean and use, it makes the best steaks and hamburgers

I don't know if I should send this one back or not, I just don't think two separate machines should have the exact same issue, to me this is a red flag to if the machine is as good as everybody thinks they are

When using the GRILL feature you will need to keep an eye on what your cooking if not using thermometer, when using the thermometer it is a smart machine

Other than that, the machine is well worth the investment.

I did learn that one needs to trust the machine to cook as they say.

One tiny design flaw is the top cover is not removable to clean or easy to wipe clean, otherwise, this is truly the perfect cooking machine that can satisfy 80% of your kitchen need

That's actually the only negative as we've been able to cook everything else better with the Ninja Foodi XL after testing multiple settings per food type
