There is a ton of variety in the genre of games released, but I would voice some caution: if you really do not like Nintendo games at all, this probably would not be supported just by 3rd party games

What else can I say? if you love nintendo games then this device is a must have.

The device large screens is what makes everything, nothing better than playing great games in the biggest posible screen on a 3DS

The games themselves are a bit expensive too.

I think for them they like the games (characters) available and its not the same ole' same ole' tablet apps

More power: the New Nintendo 3DS XL loads a LOT quicker, so that means that you can spend more time playing in its 3.5-12 battery time, not to mention that the games (and the system) look very beautiful

Theres so many great games to play on this system, and Its perfect for on the go

For example, if you want to buy Xenoblade Chronicle 3D, you would have to buy this system over the older models, and some games, such as Super Smash Bros., have features that only work on the system, such as using the C-Nub for Smash attacks, which is easier than trying to use the A button for them.

The kids love the system and the games but be prepared that within a few months, no fault of your own it will break.

The game selection, as you probably know, for the DS is amazing, and has a lot of really excellent games

Graphics are pretty good and the 3DS games are pretty cool

The games can be pricey so need to watch for game sales

I highly recommend this gaming system to anyone who enjoys Nintendo games.

My husband and I love playing games on the 3DS

Aside from having great games that you can buy physical copies of, there's enough memory to store many virtual console games that can be purchased via the eshop.

It is my favorite console so far, including remakes of a couple of my personal favorite games (Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask)

I would highly recommend getting this one if you have large hands, are on the go a lot, and just enjoy nintendo and their games.

The 3d works well this time, the c stick and extra shoulder buttons are great, the extra power makes the whole system faster and it has a massive library of amazing games with a decent sized screen

There are legitimately at least 50 really good/great games on the DS out of the 2000+ games on the system, probably many more depending on your tastes

In my opinion Nintendo has far better game franchises that may offer hundreds of hours of fun and entertainment.

I have over 20 classic games downloaded and started out with Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, Smash Bros, and Mario 3D land

Camera manipulation these days all but relies on an input like this, and games on the New 3DS will be better for having it there
