The box was crushed on one side, the device had no protective film on it and was scratched quite a bit on the bottom.

The end product is fantastic--especially the improved 3D--but transitioning from a Nintendo 3DS XL was more than a bit obnoxious

It's a bit hard to push, so sometimes you may need to jam your nail hard on the button for it to turn off

the only "problem" I have with the 3DS is the 3D settings, it does make my eyes strain a bit when I try to look back at it after looking away
