This is our third frame this one is a Christmas gift for my mother in law, the frames are great and the web dashboard is good enough, I took off 1 star because of the shhuffle option, it's pretty bad, I actually ended up disabling it

Not ideal if your pictures vary between portrait and landscape as you'll have to optimize settings/orientation for one at the expense of the other (not really the frame's fault).

I wanted a combination of a nice looking frame (not too thick), good resolution, and motion sensor

We like the frame in general, pictures look good but the sleep mode settings are not intuitive

This frame works well right out of the box.

The motion sensor on off doesn't work and frame never turns off when no motion.

I had a pandigital frame for years and it finally died.

Now for the frame, at first the digital frame worked great

and now I am not returning the frame, because it now works

It seems to run hot, when I have to reset it (as stated above, this happens annoyingly often) it is fairly hot to the touch.- You cannot rotate the frame, it sits horizontally and is not designed to rotate vertically.- Aesthetically it is not a very nice looking frame

I purchased this frame in May and it worked fine for 3 months but now it constantly drops connection to the USB and goes to the blue menu screen

On bright photos that take up the entire screen, the frame looks fine.
