Luckily, unless you have sensitive headphones, listening to music will drown it out completely unless the music cuts out on the recording.

Someone said it's not loud enough, either their headphones are many megohms impedance, or they have already deafened themselves listing at too high volume

Of course, I'm listening on good headphones which makes a difference, but this little amp made them shine

I was not happy with this product, it did not get my headphones loud enough for me to hear clearly and also the input jack was broken on the inside cause my male plug cable could not push in all the way (had to open to fix it)

That unit has an extremely good solid-state headphone amp in it, plus a very good DAC, does not require an external power source, and IMO beats the Dragonfly Red (I have both)

Even through my good headphones there is no discernible difference in tone, and if you bump them while listening you get a typical tube "ching" sound

I have been rather interested in trying this amp out with with Soviet era vacuum tubes and I was shocked as to how good they make this amp
