I used it to assist a jump to a Kenworth semi with dead batteries

Manual says will not connect to battery thats had less than 3V (my small atv battery had 2.9V) but it says will start a “dead battery”

I do not know how many symptoms of battery explosion or bad battery device is only used 5 times only

this will NOT jump a dead battery in any vehicle.

Very disappointed in this jump box, I paid alot of money for this and it won't start a dead battery, it has to see at least 1 or 2 volts in order to work, if the battery is stone dead were there is no voltage it will NOT start the vehicle, isn't that the point of a jump start, very upset with this product and i want my hard earn money back
