I think the NOCO genius is a great charger, better than most.

This item and all the NOCO Genius do not maintain the batteries charged while you use your 12 volts lights or athers in your boat

The NOCO Genius was easy to install

I was so skeptical that the technology and features of a NOCO Genius 4 bank 40 amp on board charger was too good to be true that I called the company twice to try to get real answers to my questions

Have used the single and two-bank Noco Genius chargers with great success.

So, for chits and grins, I switched the NOCO Genius leads to the 2 batteries which resulted in the same thing -- the same bank wouldn't go green, but on the battery that it determined was fine before

I bought this NOCO Genius 4 amp 1-bank battery charger to keep my deep cycle battery charged for my 12v Motor Guide 54 lb thrust trolling motor

I recieved the charger, it was a NOCO genius, it seems to work fine, but it wasn't like that shown on the amazon web page.

I didn't go with the competitor because it's only rated at IP65 and the Noco Genius is IP68.4
