Most likely sending this hunk of junk back, because a 10 amps is "fast charging" for a 12 volt battery, which isn't good for it's lifespan, so it's not even worthy of being a simple "battery charger"

great little charger put it on and let it run overnight will top off the charge in the battery

My Battery Tender showed the battery as fully charged, but it wouldn't start my car.

I Plugged it in, hooked it up to my battery and chose the proper setting (in my case, 12V normal charging).

No buzzing noises, no heat, just good quick charging and maintaining.

My experience was the same on three different battery's, 2 flooded, 1 AGM.Regardless of the state of charge prior to charging, even a battery that was ether a little above 50% charged ( around 12.2 volts or below 50%, ( around 11.9 volts ), within the FIRST minute of charging the charger would work it's way past the 25% red light, 50% red light, 75% orange light and then illuminate a pulsing green, indicating it was in the topping charge mode ( reduce rate of change at around 2 to 3 amps)

Solid, well built charger with easy options including automatic maintenance free charging that never has to be disconnected

The charger has worked well in charging Lead Acid AGM and LiFePO batteries.

The only complaint I have is that the unit gets hot during charging -- almost too hot to touch

By not providing any guidelines for how the product should operate, they can pretty much put out whatever crap chargers they want and lean back on their "SUPER SECRET GENIUS" method of charging lead acid batteries, which is crap.- The NOCO charger uses too low of a voltage

An "automatic" charger needs to be able to accurately determine the battery voltage (state of charge) in order to apply the correct charging rate i.e. Bulk chg

You do not need a second car to jump start.10 amps is still in the “safe range” for slow charging and less likely to damage the battery

These are by far the best charging units!

The "Charge LED" progresses from red to green in about two hours from a fully discharged state, and finally switches to pulsing only green while it "top's off" for another few hours

I haven’t drive my car enough to charge the battery so the battery keep dying after every few days, after fully charged, I have no issue so far, great product!

This is a false claim as smaller motorcycle or power sport batteries should be usually charged at nothing higher than 3 Amps

Having this now, I’m not worried about coming to my garage and seeing a dome light on in the car and hoping I have just enough charge to turn car over to start.

(I have a different device that instantly shows correct charge level, unlike this)

For being a "smart" device, it's more like a smart A$$

Works as it should and having standard connectors to all of my batteries even better.
