THE DEVICE IS DEFECTIVE.

Small form factor, great little device!

Never get left at the side of the road again with this handy device.

If you like a device with lots of switches, displays, all the bells and whistles, then this is not your device because this is a fully automatic high tech charger without any readout displays to excessive controls

But because this awesome device has Force mode, I was able to bring my battery (which the Genius couldn't even detect a charge in originally) back from the dead, after which I ran Repair Mode on it

Good little device that helped us out of a jam.

Yet so far this device has worked wonderfully and the battery is back to fully functional

This device is working like a charm in charging and testing my bateries

This is a well built device, it looks and feels good to operate

This device works well if you follow the instructions

If you check all that and still don't get a base amber light, the device MIGHT be defective; but check step 3 first.3️⃣ Tap the MODE button once; it does take a bit of effort to push it in.

It's a great device

The device itself is also not very user friendly, in that it has one button that has to be held down.

For being a "smart" device, it's more like a smart A$$

It's a wonderful device, work as described
