All this being said the reason I got this phone is because I expected very good battery life with the preformance processor and the lack of bloatware (another plus), but the battery life was disappointing

Pure Android is surprisingly fast, even with a smaller processor than what we're used to having.

The default Android OS is just functionally mediocre just as Motorola.

If a solid Android at a really good price sounds good to you then this is your device!

amazon ads not intrusive. swipe to open past the lock screen or use finger unlock twice quickly to open the phone.

The Amazon Advertisements work fantastic, though, so its a great ad tool for Amazon and Google but not a good tool for basic phone calls and ease of use.
