When we called AT&T tech support, they stated generic unlocked phones were prone to three issues: not being able to use as a hot spot, not being able to send photos, and not being able to forward calls.

I think I'm done with apple and there outrageous prices.

All in all I'd say the price is accurate for the quality, but you get what you pay for

The G5 Plus is a powerful phone with lots of great features and a long battery life.

but it really wasn't tough at all and this phone has a lot of great features that arent available on the iPhone, I especially love the chop motion that turns the light on

After waiting several days for the US team to contact me, ( mind you my battery is already swollen and possibly a fire hazard at this point) the US team tells me the there is NO WAY for me to get a phone replaced with a new one even if it is a defect

The speaker is horrendous you can hardly hear anything weather its music or talking on the phone into your area or having it on speaker, I don't know if its defective or normal, another dumb thing about the phone is that whenever you take a picture you cannot view it, you have to back out and go to your picture album, junk! if you can hold out our save for something better than do so, I was in an emergency situation and needed one

The only problem I had is losing some contacts when I switched over.

I don't have a problem with Amazon imposing their software on my phone which saved me $20, but when it prevents me from using a valid android app on the phone to drive my Tesla car, it has made this phone useless for me.
