A phone with a fast finger print reader, a reasonably sharp screen and sturdy build that should last for some time.

I had a Samsung Galaxy 3 a few years ago that I loved but broke the screen on, and I followed that with Nexus 5 which was decent for a while but eventually kind of crapped out
