I don't have a problem with Amazon imposing their software on my phone which saved me $20, but when it prevents me from using a valid android app on the phone to drive my Tesla car, it has made this phone useless for me.

Phone has some strange problems with gps.

The only problem I had is losing some contacts when I switched over.

The ads weren't so much a problem as the unremovable Amazon apps the would hang and crash
