Why would you design a heavy steel shelf for a small camera that may weigh one pound, and a flimsy plastic shelf to support all the audio/video equipment just below the TV?

Why would you have a solid steel shelf and support for a webcam (or other small item) up top and a cheap feeling (and non-color matched) plastic AV shelf

The stands having locking wheels, to keep it from rolling off, and unlock it to move it to where ever you want, especially useful when you have too many windows and reflections!The wire routing is a bit tedious and the top shelf has limited use

VERY please with the sleek black look, convenient shelf for our cable box and remote, and no problem with our 40" TV.

Only drawbacks: shelf is a bit flimsy, and I would like to be able to raise a TV

I simply added some adhesive velcro strips on the bottom of the player and mounted it on the top shelf

Stand is metal along with the top shelf yet the bottom shelf looks like cheap plastic and is noticeable different from rest of stand.

The bottom shelf has the same problem as the arm they use to hold the TV

This small shelf would probably support 50 pounds, while the large shelf below the TV (for audio/video equipment) is made of plastic rated for only 10 pounds.

It is plastic while the rest of the cart is metal; even the top media shelf you can put web cams and sensors on above the TV is metal

I have no use for the top shelf.

The shelf at hip height is sturdy and could support a small receiver.

Hopefully this flimsy shelf will hold up the 2 DVD players I currently have on it.

Assembly was super easy, and due to personal preference I did not use the top small shelf/bracket

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is due to the flimsy audio/video equipment shelf.

The entire unit is solid, good screws, the top shelf is metal, but yet the mid shelf is cheap plastic

The shelf is a bit useless, but the stand holds a 65" tv with no problem

Would like to have another available shelf to add for putting remotes on or same size shelf.

I didn't install the top shelf, and it will be easy to remove the mid-shelf once I get chromecast (presently mirroring my chromebook via hdmi)

Lastly, I agree with another person that reviewed it about the cheap plastic shelf for a computer or DVD/BluRay player.

The shelf is sturdy

That little shelf under the screen comes in very handy for the extra items needed to give presentations and show movies.
